Small Group Training

The best way to ease back into training while meeting other mamas.

Our small group training gives you the chance to complete exercises specifically in place to help you with mamahood.


The exercises are all tailored to each individuals needs with alternatives provided at all points of the circuit class.We cover all goal from postpartum return to dropping a dress size.


These sessions work great for NCT groups looking to get back into a training plan or a group of mamas who's little ones are now at nursery/school.
