Out trimester plans are a great way to exercise at home so you can keep fit and healthy throughout your pregnancy and into your first 3 months as a mama. As your body changes, so will your training plan. We take out all the guess work and give you all you need to know so your body can flourish at each stage of your journey.

 
Each plan is tailored to your changing body plus your exercise needs. The plan is there to keep you as active as possible and improve your overall wellness. No worrying about what you can and cant do, provided you have a safe pregnancy you can follow each plan with confidence.
 
Every phase will contain exercises of 3 levels of difficulty to allow you to adjust your session to how your body is feeling each day. You will have guidance on nutrition, ways to improve your health, mama tips and some self care inspiration to keep you looking after yourself throughout your pregnancy.
 
The online programmes allow you to get access to a great exercise, nutrition and lifestyle coaching for as little as £4.08 per week.
