Post natal personal training

Personal training that specialises in your postpartum recovery and postpartum exercise . Our coaches work with you and your health care team to make sure each session brings you forward and supports your recovery.


Our post natal personal training sessions are held at a location that suits you, whether that is at your home or in a local park, just let us know where in London and we will be there. The sessions are completely specialised to your body, your delivery and your recovery.

We recommend this programme is for mamas to be throughout their pregnancy and from 6 weeks postpartum

This is to ensure we can guide you through your pregnancy for as long as you feel comfortable training for and so you have sufficient recovery time from your birth.

What to expect & what's included

Postnatal fitness, Postpartum personal trainer, mum exercise class, mum and baby fitness, PT for mum

Our coaches will work with you and your postpartum care team to ensure you have the best possible postnatal fitness plan when returning to exercise.


Sessions focus on building up the foundations for you to be the strongest mama possible with a focus on strength work, breath & pelvic floor connection, mobility, balance and mental health.

Specialist postpartum personal training

1 hour workout programmes tailored to your goals.Your postnatal personal trainer will work with your health care professionals to make the best recovery plan for you after your delivery.


If you are unsure of any additional help you may need, we have a list of recommended professionals from all areas of maternal care

one to one or small group PT

Sessions can either be personal work outs or small group sessions which is perfect for NCT groups looking to get back into exercise together! 


If you prefer training with friends, and your little one, let us know and we can explain your options for these classes.

Nutritional guidance & support

Guidance on what foods you should be consuming to aid your recovery after giving birth and on how to boost your energy. We focus on nourishment, not punishment in the postpartum phase to ensure your body has everything it needs for you and your little one.

Weekly check ins with a coach

One of the most essential parts of our programmes. A little catch up with your PT to help hold you accountable to your workouts, habit changes and to discuss any adjustments you may want to make to the programme.

Exercise programme to follow outside of the PT sessions

A personal programme will be loaded onto our fitness app for you to follow by yourself outside of your personal training sessions to help supplement your session with your coach. Our app links to Myfitnesspal and your smart watch to give the best possible insight to getting you the best results possible.

Access to a group of like minded mamas

Our social media groups provide content for recipes, fitness, health and other mama related info.It is also a great place to ask questions to other mamas or organise meets.
