Hey, I'm Ben.

A fitness medal obsessive. I have been a pre and postnatal personal trainer for 16 years, helping mums throughout London stay healthy and active through pregnancy.

Helping women get back to exercise in their postpartum phase and then guiding women with older kids stay strong for everyday life.

I provide personal training in Clapham, Balham, Wandsworth, Wimbledon, Fulham, Queens Park and the other surrounding areas. While also offering online coaching to mums further across town.

The sole focus of London Fitness Mamas is to help simplify exercise, nutrition and wellness for mums, ensuring they get the results they want.
