Before we get any further, we don’t do shouty personal training sessions, we don’t make you want to throw up and crumple to the floor after doing 50 burpees, jump on the next trendy fitness fad or stick you on a 1200 calorie diet.
What we do is collaborate with you to make your fitness and nutrition goals achievable & enjoyable. We want you to work hard, but we want you to feel energised, proud and strong after your session.
Our personal trainers are there to build you up, guide you to success and not to slam into you about why you’ve not managed to fit your workout in while getting the kids up, off to school/nursery and getting yourself to work. I’m sure you’ve heard the whole;
“Just get up 30 minutes earlier to do your workout, anyone can do that?!”
Yes, anyone without kids.
Our coaches get it, we are parents. We know the struggles that mums have of fitting a workout in, staying focused and committed to your goals while trying to make the rest of your family life work.
Each client gets an exercise plan tailored to where they are with their motherhood journey. Whether you need support throughout pregnancy, in the early phases of your postpartum recovery or you have older kids and are looking to improve your health and fitness. We are specialists in all things pre & postnatal.
This is accompanied by your own specialised nutritional guidance to ensure that they can commit to making small changes rather than big drastic cuts in calories and foods that you enjoy eating. We work with you to make sure you’re happy with what we are suggesting.
The key component to all of this, constant accountability, support and communications. Our personal training coaches are available to answer questions on anything health and fitness related. We are there to make sure you keep turning up and getting the work done with your exercise and nutritional goals.
For mamas who are pregnant.
Keeping you fit and active throughout your pregnancy. Our personal trainers help tailor your exercise programme around your pregnancy and guide you through each trimester.
Whether you want guidance, support, accountability or just the knowledge that what you are taking part in is safe for you. Our coaches have you covered.
For mamas who are 6 weeks+ postpartum
Looking to introduce and get back to training after you have been given the all clear from your GP? Our personal trainers specialise in helping guide you back to your exercise routine after giving birth.
We tailor the personal training sessions based on your pregnancy, delivery and postpartum recovery. All while working with any London maternal care professionals, like women's health physios, that you may be working with.
For mamas who are 1 year+ postpartum
For women who are past that early postnatal phase and looking for more specific fitness goals. With kids either in nursery or school you have the time to really focus on your personal training programme.
You may be introducing a more regular strength and conditioning session to your routine, looking at dropping a dress size, wanting to increase your energy levels or targeting a race/fitness event.
This one is down to you, you get out what you put in.
We're not going to sit here, give you every promise under the sun and say you will have your dream body in 90 days.
You might be able to, but if you don't then you can at least take a massive stride towards it.
Results don't go in a straight line, it's a bumpy ride, sometimes you move forwards and sometimes you move backwards.
Kids get ill, school holidays come round way too fast, work deadlines kick in. Things happen that limit your ability to stick to the personal training plan.
Our job is to guide you to success, make sure you keep turning up, give you answers but you have to put in the work.
This isn’t a quick fix, it's a lifestyle change. Yes we can hit some goals quickly but we are working for the long game. Giving you the body you want, the energy you need along with the strength & confidence to feel awesome.
Turning up, putting the work in (even on days you don’t want to) and consistently doing it is the only way to get to where you want to be.
And we will be there with you the whole way.
-Once you have submitted your pre & postnatal personal training application you will be contacted within 24 hours
-We will notify you if we are the right fit for you and which programme suits your needs
-We confirm where in London you want to do your sessions & on what days/times.
-Your contract and invoice is then sent to you
-Your exercise plan & nutritional report are sent out
-We begin our journey towards your goals together
