1 hour workout programmes tailored to your goals. Emphasis will be on strength work, body conditioning, core, mobility, posture and balance. All key components to being the best possible version of you.
Conditioning while with your PT will be boxing, it's a great way to build your fitness, burn calories and take out a little stress.
We look at your current diet and aim to make 1-2 tweaks at a time. We give you the choice on what you think will make the biggest impact to your nutrition which allows you to select a goal you feel is achievable rather than a “follow this meal plan” approach which doesn’t fit your lifestyle.
Most people have some form of poor posture, we use our app to see where we can make adjustments and have regular test to check how you’re progressing. The better your posture, the less likely you are to get injuries and the more it can improve your training & results.
One of the most essential parts of our programmes. A weekly check up with your PT to help hold you accountable to your workouts, habit changes and to discuss any adjustments you may want to make to the programme
A personal programme will be loaded onto our fitness app for you to follow by yourself outside of your personal training sessions to help supplement your session with your coach.Our app links to myfitnesspal and your smart watch to give the best possible insight to getting you the best results possible
We take part in annual races and events to keep motivation running all year round. This helps keep your training moving forward all year round, from 5/10km runs to spartan & tough mudders.
