Trimester Exercise Plan

Support and guidance on your journey to mamahood.

Out trimester plans are a great way to keep fit and healthy throughout your pregnancy and into your first 3 months as a mama. 


Each plan is tailored to your changing body plus your exercise needs. The plan is there to keep you as active as possible and improve your overall wellness.


Each phase will contain exercises of 3 different difficulties to allow you to adjust your session to how your body is feeling each day. You will have guidance on nutrition, ways to improve your health, mama tips and some self care inspo to keep you looking after yourself throughout your pregnancy.
