An athlete is classed as someone who competes in one or more sports involving physical strength, speed, power, or endurance.
So in short, everyone who trains on a consistent basis is an athlete.
But maybe you have in your mind an athlete is someone who runs marathons, takes part in specialist sports or even a professional.
and although they are athletes, they don’t have the same schedule, the same pressures the same responsibilities that you do.
The juggle struggle is real.
You have the real life pressures of trying to be active and raise a family without a team behind you.
The real life problems of trying to get your toddler to get their shoes on so you can make it to your exercise class.
The real life struggles of sleepless nights when your little one is unwell.
You have probably seen that online BS that influencers like to spout out “we all have the same 24 hours”.
