Do you have the motivation but just need the right guidance, support and accountability on what exercises are right for you and how much to do after giving birth?  Do you want to work with a personal trainer who specialises in women’s bodies after they have given birth, whether it was 6 weeks or 6 years ago.

 

Your time becomes limited as a mother so having the option of being able to train at home, outside or in the gym with result specific exercises for your goal is invaluable. Especially if you only have 20-30 minutes. With a minimum of 3 sessions a week we guarantee you the results you want.

Our online programme not only allows us to work more closely with clients, working around their schedule but it now gives us the chance to help mamas outside of London too!

What do you need to take part?

There will be a few bits you need beforehand to make sure you get the best out of your programme. If you are only planning on doing the workouts at home, please make sure you have the following before signing up

 

 

For Basic

-A phone or laptop that has access to the internet
-A gym mat
-A foam roller
-A broomstick 
-A set of resistance bands (pull up and mini loops)
-Optional gym membership

 

For Premium

A phone or laptop with access to the internet
-A gym mat
-A foam roller
-A broomstick
-Ideally a set of Dumbbells varying in weight
-Optional gym membership

Each programme contains three full body workouts per week. Consisting of our mama mobility warm ups, a strength session that looks to work specifically the muscles you need to build for motherhood which are simple to follow and a small conditioning section for those feel good endorphins at the end of the session. Each workout will last between 45 to 60 minutes each, although if required, we can shorten the sessions to fit your schedule.

What happens next

-If you fill in the application form above, a coach will reach out to you to discuss your answers. We will let you know whether we are a good fit and what online fitness coaching programme suits you best. If you wish to continue a payment link will be sent to you and the app invite too.

-If you have signed up to either basic or premium a coach will be in touch within 24 hours to discuss your goals, exercise history and get to understand you a little.

-When you speak to your coach, you will get the invite to the app while on the call

-Once you have the app, your programme will be set up within 48 hours to begin the plan (or on a date that suits your schedule.)

What happens after your initial 12 weeks of premium

Once you have completed your first 12 weeks of online personal training you have the choice to either continue with the support you had by staying on the same package price but on a monthly contract or switching to our Strong Mama Legacy plan for just £99 per month. This included the same level of care for your programming, nutrition, support and coaching but you just have a bi-weekly check call with your coach rather than a weekly. You and your coach can then either work towards finishing your initial target or working towards any longer term goals you have.
