Our prenatal personal trainers specialise in helping you ensure you stay as active as possible throughout your pregnancy. Working with you to either continue working towards a specific goal as you progress through pregnancy. Or just trying to keep you active as you move through trimesters so you are ready for mamahood.
 
Sessions are held at a location within London that suits you. We try to be as flexible as possible when fitting sessions in as we know that you may not always be up to a full training session.

What to expect

Our prenatal personal trainers work with you to deliver the best possible programme. To ensure you stay on top of your pregnancy fitness levels.

Sessions consist of strengthening key muscle groups to help get you ready for labour and motherhood.

While giving you sufficient mobility to aid delivery and keep your posture in the best possible condition.

 

PREGNANCY EXERCISE FITNESS.

1 hour workout programmes tailored to your goals, pregnancy and how you feel on the day regarding energy levels, sickness or any pains.

NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE & SUPPORT.

Guidance on what foods you should be consuming. For a healthy pregnancy and to aid your recovery after giving birth.

POSTPARTUM PLANNING ON HOW TO SUPPORT THEIR RECOVERY AND RETURN TO EXERCISE EDUCATION.

You will find out what to do from the day you give birth to your 6 week check to stay active after delivery. We aim on building the strongest possible version of you.

The exercise can be done with your little one either watching or being worn too.

WEEKLY CHECK INS WITH A COACH.

One of the most essential parts of our programmes.

A coaching call with your PT to help hold you accountable to your workouts, habit changes and to discuss any adjustments you may want to make to the programme.

EXERCISE PROGRAMME TO FOLLOW OUTSIDE OF THE PT SESSIONS.

A personal programme will be loaded onto our fitness app for you to follow by yourself outside of your personal training sessions.

This is to help supplement your session with your coach. Our app links to Myfitnesspal and your smart watch to give the best possible insight to getting you the best results possible.

ACCESS TO A GROUP OF LIKE MINDED MAMAS.

Our social media groups provide content for recipes, fitness, health and other mama related info.It is also a great place to ask questions to other mamas or organise meets.
