Our coaches specialise in helping you ensure you stay as active as possible throughout your pregnancy, working with you to either continue working towards a specific goal as you progress through pregnancy or just trying to keep you active as you move through trimesters so you are ready for mamahood.
Sessions are held at a location that suits you in and we try to be as flexible as possible when fitting sessions in as we know that you may not always be up to a full training session.
We primarily work around South West London but we have worked with clients from a number of locations across the rest of London.

This is to ensure we can guide you through your pregnancy for as long as you feel comfortable training for and so you have sufficient recovery time from your birth.

For the prenatal mama you get to do your prenatal fitness while not having to worry about what is and isn't safe. Your personal training coach can safely guide you through each trimester and towards a healthy birth. Session flexibility is available the further you go through your trimesters.
Guidance on what foods you should be consuming, for a healthy pregnancy and to aid your recovery after giving birth.
Postpartum, your coach can help with building your body back up to strength to ensure you are ready for the day to day tasks of a healthy mama while achieving other goals you have. Train alone or with your little one!

You are provided with a monthly exercise plan to supplement your pre and post natal fitness training that is reviewed every 2 weeks with your coach for you to follow at home or at a gym.
